How fast is deployment, really?
Median time from clicking "Deploy Now" to an SSH-ready server is 40 seconds. Custom ISO installs take longer since they boot your image, but standard Linux distributions are pre-staged on every host.
Are resources dedicated or shared?
RAM and SSD storage are fully dedicated to your VPS. vCPUs are guaranteed a minimum share and we never oversell hosts beyond 1:2 — most run below 1:1.5. CPU steal on our fleet averages under 0.5%.
What's the difference between VPS and Web Hosting?
Web Hosting is fully managed — we run the LiteSpeed stack, patching, caching and backups, and you manage sites from a panel. A VPS gives you a whole virtual machine with root access. Start on hosting, and migrate to a VPS with one click when you outgrow it; Mail Gateway works with both.
How does the Mail Gateway work with my VPS?
Point your app's SMTP settings at smtp.mustserver.com:587 with your gateway credentials — outbound mail is signed, queued and relayed over warmed IP pools. For inbound, set your MX to our filtering cluster and we forward clean mail to any destination, including your VPS. It also works standalone with servers hosted elsewhere.
Will Mail Gateway improve my deliverability?
Sending from a fresh VPS IP usually means spam folders. Gateway relays through established IP pools with managed DKIM/SPF/DMARC and live blocklist monitoring — customers typically see inbox placement stabilize above 99% within two weeks.
What does the 99.99% SLA cover?
Host availability, network reachability, and power. If we miss the target in a calendar month, service credits are applied to your account automatically — you don't need to open a ticket.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly flat rates or hourly billing capped at the monthly price. The Mail Gateway add-on is billed per domain per month with 50k emails included; extra volume is metered. No setup fees, cancel anytime.
